4. Do you deliver all over Bangladesh?
Yes! We deliver nationwide.
- Inside Dhaka: within 2 days
- Outside Dhaka: within 4 days
5. What are the delivery charges?
- Free Delivery Nationwide for orders of ৳1500 or more
- Inside Dhaka City: ৳60
- Outside Dhaka City: ৳120
- Same-Day Delivery (Dhaka City): Starts from ৳150 (depending on location and package size)
6. How do I know my product is original?
We import all our products directly from Japan, ensuring 100% authenticity. We never deal with fake or replica items.
7. Can I return or replace a product?
Yes, but please note the following conditions:
- Check your product in front of the delivery person.
- If the product is damaged or the wrong item is sent from our end, you can return it immediately.
- If you notice an issue after delivery, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger with photos, videos, and your order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund if the claim is reasonable.
- ⚠️ Products that are opened, used, or have damaged seals/packaging (caused by the customer) are not eligible for refund or exchange.
